Fieldcraft – Exercise Cobra – 12th to 14th May 2023

Norfolk & Suffolk wing hosted Exercise Cobra at STANTA where cadets were able to experience Fieldcraft training aimed at three different levels.

• A Blue taster day as an induction to Fieldcraft for cadets with little or no experience. (Lots of camo cream for this group!).

• A Bronze overnight training experience, aimed at cadets progressing from Blue. (This involved cooking and preparing ration packs in addition to fieldcraft techniques on the training ground).

• A Silver two night experience for cadets working to advanced fieldcraft techniques aimed at moving towards future exercises with blank rounds and pyrotechnics.

All the cadets from 222 had an amazing time and thank the wing staff for their time and dedication.
